over 'Kenzie
The Red Level Lady Tigers picked
up their second win of the season with a 50-13 victory over the
McKenzie Lady Tigers after a tough start to the season.
Red Level has improved with each game and grew tremendously in
the Straughn tournament with three quick games in three days.
Koneisha Callaway and Starla
Jones led the Red Level girls with 17 points each.
Brantley defeats
Lady Tigers
The Red Level girls played one of their best games of the early
season against the Brantley Bulldogs, but some missed free
throws down the stretch would cost them a chance at victory.
Brantley Lady Bulldogs pulled out the win 65 to 58 .
Eisha Person poured in 40 points to lead Brantley. Koneshia
Calloway had 24 points for Red Level (1-5), which hosts
Greenville on Friday.
Straughn defeats
Tigers
The Straughn Lady Tigers continued their building program under
Scott Kinsaul as his team defeated the Red Level Lady Tigers in a
one sided effort - 78 to 22. Everything went Straughn's way in
Red Level's second loss of the season.
Kinsaul continues to build depth on a young team that features
quickness and speed, while Red Level has started the year with two
dominate programs and hopes the experience will help them when area
play begins.
Lady Tigers
The Red Level Lady Tigers took the floor for their opening game and
would face an extremely talented Flying Lady Squadron team. The
Lady Tigers' used an aggressive first quarter and followed throughout
the game playing neck and neck with Highland Home.
The Squadron would get the better of the Tigers in the second and third
quarters that allow them to hold a sizeable lead starting the fourth.
Red Level’s girls played the fourth as they did the first and threatened
H.Home at the very end.
Red level girls would lose a close one to H.Home by a final score of 37
to 40.
